What we can help with
- A purchase. Write from the email address you used at checkout and tell us which guide it is about. Your Polar receipt has the order details.
- Signing in. Sign-in links work once and expire after a short time. If one doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for a new link.
- A file that won't open or looks wrong: tell us the guide, the file and the device you use.
- Your data. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write from the email address in question. Our privacy policy explains what we store.
- Ideas. Tell us which skill you'd like a guide on next, or press "Notify me" on a coming-soon guide.
Please don't send card numbers or passwords by email: we never need them.
